Colors, size run, label and branding for a production program are specified in the inquiry and confirmed by quotation.
That SKU-specific minimum should not be read as a promise of identical future re-orders or as a blanket threshold for other sweatshirt styles. If a different construction or specification is required, its availability, cost and minimum are confirmed by quotation.

Why a cotton-rich CVC rather than an all-polyester sweatshirt? The 60% cotton face is what the wearer feels and what the customer sees: it takes print without the sheen of a full synthetic, feels like a garment rather than sportswear, and the polyester in the blend returns the favor in production — holding size and color through the repeated washing that workwear and resale basics both live under. The brushed fleece back is raised from the fabric itself, so warmth does not depend on a bonded layer that can separate over time.
