Custom softshell jackets: your pattern, your fabric build, your label
A custom softshell jacket program starts from decisions a stock blank cannot offer: which layer build (two-layer bonded, or three-layer with membrane), which finished weight (280–400 GSM), which colors — including panel combinations — and how the branding is executed. As the manufacturer, we run those decisions through our own fabric and garment chain, so the sample you approve is produced on the same lines as the bulk.
What can be customized
- Layer build: 2-layer (280/300/330/400 GSM) or 3-layer with breathability tier (300/320/350 GSM)
- Shell colors and panel blocking, matched to your range
- Logo embroidery, printed graphics, zipper and trim color coordination
- Woven private labels, size labels, hangtags and branded packaging
- Pattern work: adjust a house block or send your own tech pack for ODM/OEM production
- Size runs graded to your market
How the program runs
- Day 0–7: spec review and sampling — a regular sample is free of charge, courier on your account
- Approval: you sign off fabric hand, weight, colors and logo placement on the physical sample
- Bulk: 35 days production from our China base, or 90–120 days from Myanmar for large programs
- QC: outgoing inspection at AQL 2.5 / 4.0; SGS / ITS third-party inspection accepted

For a manufactured program, record the layer build, finished weight, pattern reference, colors and branding in the inquiry and review them on a physical sample. Future availability, repeat production, unit cost and minimums are not guaranteed by the first sample; they are confirmed by quotation for the exact style and specification.
