Polar fleece jackets, graded by weight and built to order
A polar fleece jacket specification should start with fabric weight. Ours are knitted from 100% micro fleece and graded on a published ladder — 160 GSM light tops, the 280 GSM core jacket weight, finished jacket qualities at 320–330 GSM and 350 GSM patchwork styles. The approved sample records the intended weight and construction; check bulk against that specification on delivery.
The core line is a full-zip, stand-collar jacket with zip pockets and elastic cuffs, blocked for men, women and unisex programs. It is the style healthcare teams wear over scrubs (see the house fleece jacket), logistics crews wear under shells, and resale brands sell as their own-label mid-layer. Two-tone patchwork construction is available when a program needs to be visibly its own.
Choosing a weight
For indoor and vehicle-based work, 160–280 GSM covers most staff programs. Outdoor crews and cold-region resale ranges step up to 320–350 GSM. Two listed Outdoor Polar Fleece Jacket SKUs carry a 5,000-piece minimum. Minimums for the catalog weights and constructions on this page are confirmed per style at quotation, as are any color and size splits. Sampling takes 7 days; bulk production runs 35 days from our China base or 90–120 days from Myanmar, depending on the program. A word on color: polar fleece shows color differently from woven fabrics — the raised pile softens every shade, which is why program colors are always confirmed on a physical fabric swatch or the pre-production sample rather than from a screen or a woven reference. Send us your target (a Pantone reference, a garment, a fabric cutting) and the sample round closes the match before bulk fabric is committed.
